Key Responsibilities
¯ Drive territory development through close collaboration with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and regular customer engagement.
¯ Provide consistent reporting on key account activities, market trends, competitive insights, and win/loss analysis
¯ Prepare and deliver impactful sales and product presentations, ensuring consistent use of materials across all regions
¯ Identify and qualify business opportunities and maintain a structured pipeline of prospects.
¯ Support RSMs in customer meetings, product updates, and overall sales execution; manage own key customer accounts
¯ Collaborate with Proposal Engineers to prepare accurate quotes, costings, and value calculations
¯ Create sales contracts and deal sheets in line with company guidelines and maintain all quote and activity records
¯ Assist in resolving customer satisfaction or quality issues to keep RSMs focused on selling.
¯ Plan and manage an efficient weekly sales itinerary and ensure RSMs do the same across all territories
Your profile
¯ Must have held a Leadership role in the area of sales for a minimum of 5 years
¯ 50-80% travel is anticipated
